The up board is the very well known board among the other 44 educational boards of India. Its headquarter is situated in Allahabad. The UP board is accountable for the activities like conducting the 10th and 12th class board examination, UPTET and declare the results of the respective board. It is also responsible for the activities related to education in the Uttar Pradesh district. The timetable and the syllabus for all the classes were decided by the UP board members. As they conduct the board examination every year. This year also the board organises the 12th board examination in the state. As we can see that the passing rate of boys is better than girls in the up 12th result. From 2013, the rise of the passing percentage from both the sides girls and boys can be seen in the graph easily. For this year we are expecting more passing rate in the up 12th board result than the previous year from all the streams of the 12th board.

Number Of Candidates And Overall Passing Percentage
From the year 2013 to 2017 there is a huge increment in the appeared students in the up 12th board examination. Around 32 lac candidates this year give the exam of up 12th board and now they are waiting for the up 12th result. The up board members do lot of changes in the education of the Uttar Pradesh state. Right now Uttar Pradesh state is on 27th number in terms of literacy.
